I have eaten at Ocho Cafe a few times. I have to eat gluten free and they know all about it. I had the best mole tacos last night. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere is gorgeous. I love this Mexican restaurant.
It’s my 2nd visit to Ocho Cafe and won’t be my last! The restaurant is so colorful and inviting. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Their food portions are plentiful as well as delicious! It’s great for a small group or large group. They have beautiful healthy live plants growing everywhere.
Today was the day we finally tried it here, and so glad we did! The interior was absolutely amazing! From the chandeliers to the chairs, everything makes you think you're in Mexico! The chips and salsa tasted fresh and I would definitely recommend getting the guacamole! The food came out fast and was very hot! The quesadillas were very tasty and the enchiladas were yummy too! The churros are a great choice for dessert. Definitely returning soon!
The food was so delicious authentic! The atmosphere is great, I live the decor of the whole restaurant. I'll be back again. It was very busy and our waitress was on point.
This was my first time coming here, and Corey was the sweetest server I’ve ever had. Although he was racing around to many tables, he kept a smile on his face and upheld an upbeat attitude. Corey offered a recommendation on which tacos I should try, which I appreciated He was efficient, and made sure to check in with me just enough to ensure my time here was pleasant. He even sat at the booth with me to talk for about a minute or so, which was around my recent graduation. I hope he continues to spread kindness into the world, and I’m sure that I will be back! Also - the churros & ice cream is AMAZING!
After a long day of travel, for our first night in Plymouth we decided to have some comfort food for dinner. After checking Google Maps reviews, we ended up at Ocho Cafe and it was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had, anywhere. First thing we noticed was the service is top notch. I wish I remembered his name, he was remarkable. He recommended a very refreshing and surprisingly strong blackberry margarita. We ordered the fancy one that comes in a Patron bottle... I don't remember how much it cost, but we refer to it as "the expensive margarita" to this day Order it. It's worth it! The deluxe chimichanga was stuffed full with skirt steak, roasted corn & peppers, caramelized onions and queso fresco. Then they top it with a gorgeous, green, roasted poblano cream sauce, served with guacamole, sour cream, pico, rice, and beans. Oh-so-good!! We also had the Philly rolls: carne asada, veggies and mixed cheeses rolled in egg roll wrap, served with cilantro crema dip. Everything was delicious and the experience is one we won't soon forget.
Love this place! Came two nights in a row because we couldn’t stay away from the delicious fresh made right in front of you guacamole. Everything from the cocktails to the entrees were incredible, and the service is lightning fast. Gorgeous dining room, so much to look at and very thoughtfully designed. Can’t wait to come back!
Always fantastic food and drinks. The decor is vibrant and well put together. Comparibly to the other mexican style restaraunts out there, this one excells at the whole package. Table side guac is always fresh, margaritas are delicious, and the wait staff are very friendly. Definitely a place to try if in the area!
